At London Guitar Teacher, Andrew’s guitar lessons are £30 for 30 minutes or £55 for an hour. Lessons take place in his home studio in Enfield, or he can travel to students across North London. These are Andrew’s published lesson prices, rather than an average for all London teachers.
Studio and home-visit prices
- 30 minutes: £30 at the studio, or £40 for an agreed home visit (£30 lesson + £10 travel).
- 60 minutes: £55 at the studio, or £65 for an agreed home visit (£55 lesson + £10 travel).
- 45 minutes: available; ask Andrew for the studio price or the total for an agreed home visit.
No VAT is added. Payment is by bank transfer. Andrew asks for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange a lesson.
The home-visit totals above include the £10 travel charge and apply within a reasonable distance. Include your area when you enquire so Andrew can agree the visit, lesson length and total before you book.
What is included?
Lessons are tailored to the individual and include backing tracks, progress notes, homework, chord and fretboard diagrams, and tablature. Andrew teaches children from age 6 and adults, including complete beginners and returning players.
His main styles are rock, blues and pop, alongside the technique and music theory that support them. He has ten years of teaching experience, over ten years of experience performing in bands and a Grade 8 RSL qualification.
