Website Terms of Use
Last updated: 10 July 2026
These terms govern your use of londonguitarteacher.co.uk (“the website”), operated by Andrew Pitsillides, trading as London Guitar Teacher (“we”, “us”).
Using this website
The website provides information about guitar lessons and a contact form for enquiries. You may browse and use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don’t misuse the website — for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, submitting automated spam through the contact form, or introducing malicious material.
Lessons
Information on this website — including prices, availability and what’s included — is provided in good faith and kept up to date, but it is an invitation to enquire, not a contract. Lesson bookings, payment and cancellation arrangements are agreed directly between us when you book.
Content and intellectual property
The content of this website (text, images and branding) belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not reproduce it commercially without our consent.
Accuracy and liability
We take care to keep the website accurate, but we don’t guarantee it is free of errors or always available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the website itself. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Privacy
How we handle personal data submitted through the contact form is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
